Drafting JCT Contract includes:

Supply and provide a JCT form of contract as agreed. 

Prepare a Draft Contract including all Supporting Documents as necessary and provided in the tender.

Up to two revisions of contract as required.

Issue digital file ready for signing.

The contract is drafted as per requirements provided and standard practices. It is down to the client to seek advice or clarification if any part isn’t clear.

Entering the contract is at the discretion of both parties.
